Whether you have years of experience or have never been to the gym, taking this on alone can be an intimidating task.
This is why every Strength and Conditioning plan is unique to the individual and develops a base for them to build on going forward for whatever challenges they choose to take on.

I’m based at Studio Base, Bristol and Redland Green Club, Bristol. Offering 1-1 sessions and group sessions, all with parking on site and a short drive from the city centre.
Can’t make it to Bristol? I also offer a range of high quality online strength training plans, using video analysis to work with clients across the UK and Europe from just £40 a month.
